Before your Visual Shop development can begin we require a one off payment of £1000.00 as a deposit

When do I get back the £1000.00 deposit?

Visual Shop will not take its 10% charge until you have generated the £1000.00 deposit back from online sales

When will I receive payment for goods sold on my website?

Payment is by transfer to your designated bank at the end of each working day

Do I need to supply product information?

Yes, we require product ID, Name, Category, Images, Description, Price and RRP

What if I do not have images of the product?

Visual Shop can develop images of your products either at our studio or at your place of work

How do I get the product information to you at Visual Shop?

You will be supplied with an online upload tool for you to submit your products to your website

How can I get product information to you if I do not have internet access?

We can accept photo images and text on CD/DVD or on paper for scanning and text data entry

How many products can I have on my site?

We offer a maximum 100 products on our standard solution

Can I edit products on my site at any time?

Yes, simply by login on to the control panel you can upload new product or edit existing products at any time

How will I be notified when a product is sold?

When a product is sold you will receive an email to a pre-determined address that the relevant information

Do I have access to the billing platform for monitoring purposes?

Yes, user access to the billing platform is given to as many users as required by you

What happens if my website dues not generate any revenue?

If your product does not sell but Visual Shop has generated significant traffic after the first 3 months a monthly charge may be introduced to keep the site from being closed down

What if my website generates a lot of money?

Visual Shop can cap its 10% revenue from sales at a set monthly amount

What if I would like to purchase my Visual Shop solution and manage it in-house?

You can buy a licence to move your Visual Shop website at any time at either a monthly cost or a one off payment to own the site outright.
