CREATE A SUPPORT TICKET
With a growing number of clients and to enable us to track your request and support you and your website, we now use a ticket system. Please do not WhatsApp us or call us for support as every work request and technical issue is now managed via our ticketing system. Please note: partners with revenue share agreements can still WhatsApp at any time for any reason, however out of hours support may be actioned more quickly via our new ticketing system.
Our support times are between 11 am to 6 pm on weekdays, however, a member of our team is normally working outside of these hours. If you have a support plan with us that includes full support then you are covered outside of the normal working hours.
